M Shaiq Usmani is the Senior Advocate Supreme Court and founding partner of Usmani & Iqbal Advocates since 1984 a renown law firm at national and international levels. He is the holder of a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Southampton, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in London and as is a Member of the International Bar Association. Mr. Usmani has also served as a Judge of the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi. Mr. Usmani regularly appears before the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan in various civil and constitutional matters, and has been appointed amicus curiae by both the Supreme Court and the High Courts of Pakistan in several instances. In addition to being one of the most experienced practicing lawyers and general counsel Mr. Usmani is considered to be an expert on Admiralty and Maritime Law, as well as often being asked to give his interpretation on Islamic Jurisprudence of which he is a researcher and scholar. Captain (R) Muhammad Nawaz Mirza Pak Navy is a distinguished Advocate of the High Court and a seasoned legal expert with over 30 years of experience in international law, maritime and admiralty matters, corporate affairs, and dispute resolution. He is the visionary founder and Managing Partner of LEX-FORA INTERNATIONAL, a premier law firm dedicated to excellence in legal and maritime consultancy.
A graduate of Government College Lahore and Punjab University Law College, he began his legal career in 1993 and became a member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association in 1995. In 1996, he was commissioned into the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Branch of the Pakistan Navy, where he served for 27 years in key legal and judicial roles, including Deputy Judge Advocate General, Director Legal Affairs at Pakistan Maritime Security Agency, and Head of Legal at Port Qasim Authority.
Captain Mirza is an alumnus of the prestigious IMO International Maritime Law Institute (Malta), where he earned an LLM in International Maritime Law with distinction. He also holds an MSc in Maritime War Studies from the National Defence University, Islamabad, and has completed specialized legal training from the USA and Australia, including the Military Judge Course and Command & Staff Operations Law.
Beyond his legal practice, he is a passionate educator who has taught law at various institutions both in Pakistan and internationally, playing a significant role in shaping future professionals in maritime and legal fields. He is also an active contributor to academic and policy discourse, with published articles in national newspapers and legal journals. His recent media appearance on ARY News, discussing SDG-14 (Life Below Water), reflects his ongoing commitment to maritime sustainability and legal advocacy.

Khalid Munir

Khalid Mnuir, a retired naval officer, is advocate High Court enrolled by Sindh Bar Council and member of the Karchi Bar and Sindh High Court Bar Associations. He has extensive experience in the fields of Estate and Security Laws. He had been heading Estate and Legal Departments at the Karachi Port Trust where he served for more than five years. He has also a great experience to serve at the National Accountability Bureau. Previously, he served in the Pakistan Navy and after serving for about 24 years retired with a great experience in security matters. He has completed his LLM with specialization in Human Rights.

Waseem Uddin Mirza, an old Ravian, did his LLB from Punjab University Law College Lahore. He was enrolled as an advocate by the Punjab Bar Council in 1985. He was granted commission in the Judge Advocate General Branch of Pakistan Navy in 1986. During his tenure of service he had been appointed on various important positions including the deputy JAG and registrar court of appeals. He has various professional courses to his credit. Overall he has experience of over 35 years in the field of law. He has been solving and managing complicated legal issues with strong intrapersonal skills. Innovative and self motivated with analytical and problem solving abilities. He has earned a good reputation and vast experience in Contract vetting and drafting.
Mian Jamshed Abbas Dogar

Mian Jamshed Abbas Dogar, an old Formanite, did his LLB in 1992 and enrolled as an Advocate by the Punjab Bar Council. He became member of the Sheikhupura Bar and Lahore High Court Bar Associations. He pursued his career in the fields of criminal and Civil Laws. He has vast experience in alternate dispute resolution and acted as mediators in various matters and has given solutions in complex issues particularly for the parties having traditional litigant mind set. Muhammad Faisal Mirza

Muhammad Faisal Mirza was enrolled as an advocate by the Sindh Bar Council in 2011 and was admitted as an advocate for the High Courts in 2013.
